What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email sales@runnersathletics.com with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.
How do I return my items?
You may initiate a return via our Returns Portal or email us at sales@runnersathletics.com with your order number and items you would like to return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund immediately. This will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns of complete, undamaged and sellable items within 30 days of receipt. We have the right to refuse returned items that does not meet Runners Athletics return requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on orders over
$100 in the United States and FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150 USD for other countries. US orders under $100, and International Shipping is calculated based on the location and weight. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates.

1. Hold a ruler in line with your temple and stand in front of a mirror.
2. Measure the distance between your temples in inches.
3. Multiply your measured value by 25.4 to convert it from inches to millimeters.

I am very satisfied with these glasses after using them for 7 months. I am not a runner but a clumsy user, and with these glasses I didn't have any accidents so far. They are very light, don't fall down and filter the sunlight very well. Also, I ordered them to Serbia (Europe) and the shipping issue was solved by the super helpful support team. I will order my next glasses from Runners.

These are my favorite styles. Second pair. They are light weight. Only downside is that the screws come off and they are hard to find to replace them.

My daughter likes to pull these off my face and put them on her face, but don't be fooled - these are serious business adult sunglasses. I work in a garden and am climbing through trees and shrubs all day and these are perfect for all day active use. They're super lightweight where they don't hurt after wearing them for a while and they stay on your face! What more could you ask for?
