We accept major credit, We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $75 in the United States. US orders under $75, and International Shipping is calculated based on the location and weight. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates.
Do You Ship Outside Of The US?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The consumer is responsible for the tariffs and customs duties imposed by their respective countries. Our store only accepts US dollars at the moment. Your card will be charged in USD and a conversion rate will be applied to your home currency.
Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order?
No, but by setting up an account - you will be included to our email list for exclusive updates and exciting promotions in the future.
How Do I Make Changes In An Order?
Any changes are possible while you are still browsing. Go to your shopping cart and simply click the bin icon to an item you no longer wish to proceed. If an order has been placed, do not worry! Orders can be modified prior to delivery - but for limited time only. Please click the Contact Us button urgently.
How Do I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

I Have Forgotten My Password, What Do I Do?

Do You Offer Discounts On First Time Orders?
Yes! When you sign up with Runners we will send you a 10% off welcome discount that can be used on all Runners full price sunglasses, shoes, athleisure and hats. If you have not received your welcome email, please click the Contact Us button and we can take a look into it for you.
My Discount Did Not Apply, What Do I Do?
If you have added your discount at check out above the confirm & pay button and the discount did not apply, please check there are no error messages. If you are receiving a message that the discount is not valid, then the items in your cart may not be eligible for the discount. For welcome discounts, these do not apply on sale or discounted products. Multiple discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

We are so confident you’ll love our products that we offer a 30 - Day Return Policy! Wear them on your runs. Wear them for other workouts.
