What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email sales@runnersathletics.com with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.
How do I return my items?
You may initiate a return via our Returns Portal or email us at sales@runnersathletics.com with your order number and items you would like to return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund immediately. This will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns of complete, undamaged and sellable items within 30 days of receipt. We have the right to refuse returned items that does not meet Runners Athletics return requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on orders over
$100USD in the United States. US orders under $100, and International Shipping is calculated based on the location and weight. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates.
